Reports, Data Sets, Code and Tools

These reports, data sets and tools are all the result of collaborative projects. We identify the project associated with each tool, and provide links to the project web-sites where appropriate.  We are currently populating these pages, and we will use the blog to announce updates in this process.

Meade Krosby has been instrumental in developing regional and state-wide climate and connectivity analyses as a part of the Washington Wildlife Habitat Connectivity Working Group (WHCWG).  These analysis have been developed and published in a number of forms, including the Climate Gradient Corridors Report, and a Climate Gradient FAQ.  These products are integrated into a series of tools also built by the WHCWG, including Linkage Mapper and the HCA toolkit.
